Reception: five Stars

Client Service: 1 Star

I've been with ST for a long fourth dimension, probably 15 years. The reception y'all will become depends on the towers your phone will use. For example, my old telephone worked off AT&T towers, so my reception was and so-so. I could make calls and texts, but sometimes my texts would have 2 minutes to leave my phone. But I upgraded to a 5G phone that runs off Verizon towers, so now my service is lightning fast. It does things as fast as my fingers can motion. Information technology's crawly! Different phones will piece of work off dissimilar towers, then do your research and talk to others in your area to find out which companies have good coverage.

Now the bad. Customer Service. It'due south abysmal. It used to be really good and you lot could get your phone upwards and running in less than an hr. Just my new telephone switched from at&t to Verizon, it took over 20 calls over a two day period to go my number ported from one to the other. I could get to a certain point in the call and so I got cutting off. 20 times. I'chiliad non joking---my roommate and I counted! I finally went to bed and tried the side by side twenty-four hours. Aforementioned thing. But finally the universe smiled on me and I got continued to the right person and she had it upwardly and running in less than two minutes. It was beyond frustrating. It was so bad I had called Mint Mobile and ordered a trial pack. So, in conclusion, as long every bit it is working, life is groovy. If yous have to phone call customer service, God be with y'all.

Salvage $30 each month. First upward was hard. If using FedEx delivery, use the more experience service option, or buy at WalMart. Went to library and used WiFi until phone number transferred. It's a bit tricky if you keep your own number. Keen speed and access.

Reliable service is very important to me. Straight Talk has been my provider for 8 years, and I have e'er gotten the all-time price on data and the most reliable service. The coverage has been first-class. There have been many times where people whom I am with couldn't use their phones and they had to use mine. Aside from hardware issues (with the phone itself) I don't remember having whatsoever problems with the service. I always recommend Direct talk.

All the years I've had this carrier. I've merely had one disagreement with them. I ended upward losing iii weeks of prepaid service that I had paid for. I bought a new telephone. Transferred my phone number. Just less than 1 week later. My service was cut off. And had been less than one week since I bought the $ninety prepaid carte du jour. That covers 2 of the $55 ultimate unlimited accounts. But I didn't relieve the pin numbers. The other line maintained its full month of service. Simply because I didn't keep the quondam pin number. Customer service told me that there was nothing that they could exercise to help me with the loss of the three weeks of service. So that was my bad experience.

As far as service coverage, reliability, clarity I take never had any complaints with Straight Talk. E'er dependable coverage surface area. Ever at the very to the lowest degree at that place has always been live customer support, when needed, 24 hrs. a twenty-four hour period. Mayhap a little difficult to fully understand the foreign dialect/accent at times. Simply they take e'er been there to talk to when needed. That by itself is saying a lot these days.

Bought both a Samsung Milky way A-51 and Samsung Galaxy A-12. Both were only fine until a few days ago. Can't admission apps that I could before on either telephone. Nobody at any prison cell telephone visitor can Help me. Since they are sold and purchased at Walmart. You would think they would service their phones. Not Truthful. Been to 3 separate Walmarts in two dissimilar Counties, Lancaster and Berks Counties in Pennsylvania. Spent $555 for one Including several months of UNLIMITED EVERYTHING. Same with the Samsung Galaxy A-12. A TOTAL Waste of A LOT OF MONEY. BOUGHT USED CARS FOR LESS.

Am in the process of porting my phone to another company. Straight Talk says my account is IMEI number on phone. But information technology's a PREVIOUS phone IMEI. six hours on concord and dropped lines, NO Aid. Online or on phone, they could not observe how to become my account number. But they DID take my coin very speedily. Very hard to become to a human, then the human could not help. Their website would grayness-out my screen, and tell me to call A DISCONTINUED 800- NUMBER! The IMEI number (merely last 4 digits) the human being saw was to a dead/dismembered/broken telephone, but human could not get the full IMEI to port the phone. Their website would non let me see the "account number" and would non allow me to edit the IMEI on tape.

I accept been told 3 times that I was sent an email and I still have not received an email with the unlock lawmaking. I am at present being ask why don't I merely purchase more minutes from their company. Extreme Scam!!!

I transferred my number from AT&T and it was successful but my phone never work. I have been calling client service 100x and waiting 30min to 1hr. Client service do not know what they are doing. I retrieve they just read the aforementioned script. 1 lady told me the device and sim are not compatible so I bought brand new unlocked telephone and ST sim. They tried still didn't work. I have been told the phone will work after 48 hours for several times. They also asked me to alter the sim card the second time, they cancelled my account twice and paid $45 two times but the phone all the same it's non working.

I wasted my time and coin for 3 weeks has been calling customer service and without telephone. I was pissed off and I requested to talk to supervisor; when they transfer me, information technology immediately the telephone is hang upwards several times. I really desire to proceed my number merely nevertheless it is non working. Finally, I decided to port out to other carrier just they aren't willing to provide the transfer pin. My ST account is still active but it is not working; very terrible feel. Now I decided new number from other carrier. I am very infuriated.

Do Non Trust this company!!!! They chosen my senior citizen mother and convinced her to switch to their service. For 3 weeks the phone worked. Then she could only text. Could not receive or brand calls not even to 911. I called the service number subsequently ane.5 hours on hold and 1 hour with a tech person that does not speak English I was told they would accept to "accelerate" this situation they hung up. I finally reboot the phone 8 times and information technology started working. Less than 24 hours same thing with another three wasted hours with people that you can't empathise and they again hung upward. Finally reached a supervisor and another 60 minutes wasted. At this bespeak I had to go to piece of work she told ok and hung up. They are charging medicare for this service and it won't work and they won't fix it. It is insurance fraud and a felony. I only wish in that location was someone that would actually help me do something about it.
